IRD narrow 7-speeds available at 40.00 each, (13-24, 13-28, and 13-32). (These are indexable, a copy of the old Shimano 600 freewheel, and the 13-32 is the non-weird one, with a normal 28-tooth second sprocket).

European-made Chains:

We recommend the changing of chains at frequent intervals. This will reduce the chainwear on your costly cogs and chainrings. Fresh, high-quality European-made chains (the Izumi is Japanese-made...) will also shift better and give all-around superior performance.
